"Avoid This Product"
Avoid this product. I picked up the Moza Air 2 to replace my stolen DJI Ronin after hearing all the hype. While it performed well initially, the issues with the batteries dying quickly just aren't worth the hassle. Almost everyone seems to face the same problem—one battery gives out after a short time, and guess what? You can't just grab one replacement! Nope! You gotta buy all four! Plus, they’ve got some extra metal piece soldered on, so you can’t just use regular 18650 batteries without some serious tinkering. And let me tell ya, they’re way overpriced! On top of that, the customer service is a nightmare. Many folks suspect the company is doing everything they can to bury any workaround info online, so it’s hard to find solutions. That's it for me—never again! Next time, I’m going back to the Ronin.

"Should've Checked the Reviews First"
This site feels like a total scam. You might get your stuff, or you might not. I've been trying to find out about the items that went missing from my order by reaching out to customer service, but I haven't heard back in weeks. They just told me to 'check my mailbox or backyard' like everything's fine.
My items are still MIA, and honestly, the tracking info is super outdated and sketchy.
It's not worth the hassle. If you're thinking about trying the product, just go with BHPhoto instead. That's my two cents.

"Terrible support from the customer service team."
The customer service experience was really disappointing. I had high hopes, but it turned out to be quite frustrating.

"Terrible support and constant spam!"
Avoid this company like the plague. Their customer service is beyond terrible, and getting off their marketing list is a total nightmare. I've tried to unsubscribe more times than I can count, yet I still receive their junk!

"Steer Clear of This Gimbal"
I spent a long time figuring out which camera gimbal to get and finally went with one from Moza. When it showed up, I unboxed everything, set it up, and downloaded the app to control it, but it just wouldn’t work. Apparently, this is a widespread issue for Samsung users with the latest Android updates, and it’s been going on for months. So, it’s like having a top-notch gimbal that’s only compatible with older phones. I tried reaching out to customer support but ended up giving up and returning the product. Seriously, if you have a current Android phone, don’t bother with a Moza gimbal that needs an app; it’s just not gonna work. They know about this issue but don’t bother to inform customers.

"My Second Go at Buying Batteries Didn't Work Out"
This marks my second attempt to grab a set of x4 batteries for my Moza Air 2 from the Gudsen site, but they were out of stock again.
Trying to get in touch with the company via email turned out to be pointless, as their responses just reiterated that they have no batteries in stock - I can't find them anywhere else online in the UK or Europe.
Since the lion battery length differs from one supplier to another (I've tried non-Moza brand batteries from two different sellers, and the lengths were both inconsistent and not matching the Moza brand), getting a similar battery type from another source is likely to lead to batteries that won't fit the Moza Air 2.
Even though the DJI equivalent costs a bit more, if you're a pro photographer or videographer who values top-notch customer service and product availability, I'd definitely recommend going for the DJI gimbal.
I expect this review will get a standard 'sorry to hear about your experience' reply from Gudsen, but honestly, that's just not enough.
"Just got my Moza Air 2S..."
I recently got my hands on the Moza Air 2S Gimbal straight from Gudsen in Hong Kong, shipped to the U.K.
Their customer service was on point, keeping me updated throughout the whole process. Anytime I had a question about my order, I got a quick response.
The support team was super helpful and really went above and beyond. After reading some other reviews, I’m honestly surprised. My experience with both the company and the product has been top-notch.
I’d totally recommend this company to anyone. I’m still figuring out all the features of my new gear, but so far, I’m really impressed. The build quality, how easy it is to use, and the overall experience have been fantastic.
I’ve got a BMPCC 6k in a full ‘Small Rig’ cage, with a Samsung SSD all set up and perfectly balanced. No issues whatsoever. The BMPCC is powered through the Gimbal, and everything feels solid and high-quality.
I’m really pleased with Gudsen and the Moza Air 2S.
I’m happy to share some pics with anyone interested.

"Terrible shipping speed and customer service"
The delivery speed is just awful, and the support is lacking. I wouldn't suggest placing an order through their site - everything feels pretty weak and unprofessional.

"Terrible Customer Service and Defective Product"
I got my Moza Air 2 just a few days back, and right off the bat, I noticed a couple of issues. First off, I had no idea it was on its way; no tracking info or anything. With all the package thieves around, that’s a big deal. (More on that later.)
The second thing that hit me was that the item I received wasn’t what I ordered. I specifically wanted the Moza Air 2 with the wireless follow focus system, which costs an extra $200. Instead, I ended up with the standard focus-M unit.
After putting it together, I found out that both the follow-focus and the gimbal were way behind on updates. So, they weren’t gonna work together unless I got them updated.
I reached out to their awful customer support, which is based in China, so good luck if you’re in a different time zone. For me, they’re only available in the dead of night. I also mentioned that my gimbal, no matter how well I balanced it, would randomly go into sleep mode and spin on its own. Sometimes it would freak out and start banging against my camera.
When I brought this up, they completely ignored my request for a refund and insisted I provide video proof of my issues, even though they sent me the wrong item!
This back-and-forth continued until they finally told me they had sent out the missing wireless unit, but they never informed me. So, that package probably got stolen from my porch since I wasn’t around to receive it. They didn’t believe me, so I had to film myself going to my mailroom in the middle of the night, showing them that the package wasn’t there.
Forget this company; save your cash and look for something better.

"This app is completely WORTHLESS AND POINTLESS"
This app is truly a disaster. Gudsen keeps attempting to improve it, but they ain't fixing a thing. The help for the app is basically non-existent. They just NEVER respond to ANY inquiries.
They’ve removed the aperture and focus lock, which makes the app and any recordings pointless since the camera keeps jittering, trying to refocus as you move, leading to footage that’s unwatchable and unusable.
I’m really frustrated with their support and development team; they’re just utterly useless.

"Purchased my Moza Air 2 roughly half a year ago..."
I got my Moza Air 2 around six months back, and it just quit on me. I tried new batteries and a charger, but still, no luck getting it to work.

"Terrible quality batteries, what a letdown!"
I’ve had the gimbal for about 3 months, and one of the 4 batteries needed to run it just quit on me. Eventually, Moza was nice enough to send me another set of four, so I tossed the dead one and started using the fresh ones. Everything was good for another 3 months, then out of nowhere, 3 more batteries failed! So now, with 7 batteries in total, only 3 are still working, which means I can’t use the gimbal at all! Four batteries gone in just 6 months... such poor quality. It’s really disappointing because I genuinely enjoy using the gimbal, but these batteries are a total money pit!

"Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered! 0 stars for their products and company"
I can't believe how terrible their customer service is! If I had the option, I'd give them zero stars! Every single item I purchased from them had problems.
The Moza Air 2? The leather grip cover and the battery cover just fell off, like they were never glued properly. The follow focus gear shakes so much it rattles the lens and camera. Plus, the hand unit for the follow focus had a busted joystick, making it impossible to navigate the menu.
I had to ship back the defective items at my own cost, and guess what? They sent me more faulty gear in return. It's clear that quality control is not on their radar, and neither is customer service.
It took two weeks of back-and-forth just to get them to agree to replace my gear! (After I sent them a ton of photos and videos as proof.) Then, I waited another three weeks and spent $45 to return the faulty items. In total, I waited five weeks, and when I finally got the replacement, I reached out to them about ongoing issues. Their response? "If you're not satisfied, you can check with your original seller/store for better solutions." What a load of nonsense! I will never buy from this company again.

"My MOZA AIR CROSS has gone kaput..."
Just over a year in, my MOZA AIR CROSS has stopped functioning. It’s got this awful horizontal drift that the tech support folks called a "quality issue," and now I’m stuck shelling out MORE CASH to send it back to Hong Kong. So here I am, spending MORE on a subpar gimbal when I really should've opted for a more reliable brand.
